Anyone else notice the weird lights over Lake Erie last Thursday night?

Didn't see the Lake Erie thing personally (I'm out in Oregon) but this is giving me flashbacks to something I witnessed about three years ago near the coast here. Multiple lights in a loose triangle formation, totally silent, no FAA strobes. Just sitting there for maybe four minutes then gone.

My question for anyone who saw the Thursday event - were the lights stationary or did they drift? And did anyone else in your area notice any weird interference with thier phones or electronics beforehand? That's the part that always gets glossed over in these reports and I genuinely think its one of the more important data points we're all just ignoring.

Also curious if anyone filed a NUFORC report yet because I want to cross reference the description with some older sightings from that region.

@DuskDark the triangle formation is basically the calling card at this point, seen it twice over the Norfolk Broads and both times the spacing between the lights was eerily consistent, like they were locked in position rather than drifting.
