Not seen that particular report yet but I'm curious - do these lights move in any kind of formation or do they drift independently? I do a lot of EVP work myself but I've been getting more interested in visual phenomena lately, especially after a strange evening near some ley line intersections here in Kent last summer.
Also wondering if anyone managed to get footage. The reason I ask is I've noticed lights near bodies of water seem to come up more often than you'd expect, lakes especially. Not sure if theres something to that or if its just because water makes lights more visible and memorable at night. Could be either really.
