Anyone else notice the FAA flight restriction zones that keep popping up over rural Nevada lately?

Been keeping an eye on this actually. I use one of the flight tracker sites to monitor restricted airspace and there have been some odd temporary flight restrictions popping up in areas that aren't near any known test ranges or military installations. That's the bit that gets me.

What I want to know is whether anyone has cross-referenced the TFR dates with any ground-level reports from those areas - lights, unusual vehicle movements, that sort of thing. Because if you can show a pattern of activity on the ground that lines up with the airspace being locked down, that's actually decent circumstantial evidence of something going on.

Has anyone tried filing an FOIA request to find out what agency is requesting these restrictions? The FAA has to log who initiates them. Or do they just get to stamp "national security" on it and that's the end of the conversation? Genuinely asking because I've never gone down that route myself.
