Anyone else notice the FAA flight restriction zones that keep popping up over Nevada that never get explained?

Been following this for a while actually. There are tools online where you can track these temporary flight restrictions in near real-time and the Nevada ones are genuinely odd - they appear with almost no lead time, sometimes covering areas well outside the known boundaries of restricted airspace around places like Nellis or the test ranges.

What gets me is the classification codes they use. Some of these don't match the standard categories you'd expect for military exercises or VIP movements. Has anyone cross-referenced the timing of these restrictions with any of the UAP sighting reports from that region? I tried doing this last year with data I pulled from FlightAware and there were a few overlaps that I couldn't easily explain away.

Also curious whether anyone here has actually filed a FOIA request specifically asking about individual TFR events. Would the FAA even hold that information or does it sit with the DoD? Genuinely unsure how the jurisdiction works on this one and would appreciate input from anyone who knows more about how these are actually authorised.
