Saw this flagged up on a tracker site I follow and my first thought was "here we go again" but then the timing of it did seem a bit odd - cropped up right after those thermal anomaly reports from the dry lake beds. Could be routine airspace management, could be they're moving something big and slow and don't want civvy drones getting nosy footage. Happens more than people realise out that way. Anyone managed to pull the actual NOTAM details? I'd love to know the stated reason because sometimes they don't even bother making the excuse sound convincing, which is almost funnier than a proper cover story. Lincolnshire's a bit far for me to go poking around in person but I've been following the Nevada sites for years and this one does feel different to the usual temporary restrictions.
Anyone else notice the FAA flight restriction that popped up over that Nevada site last week?
