Yeah I clocked that. Pulled up the NOTAM and the restricted airspace went up with basically no notice and lasted nearly 72 hours, which is longer than your typical scheduled test window. Those usually get flagged weeks in advance.
Dugway doesn't get talked about enough compared to Area 51 but honestly its got just as many weird incidents on record. Theres that whole 1968 nerve agent thing, the sheep kill, and then years of locals reporting lights and craft that don't match anything conventional.
The timing on this one is interesting because it overlaps with some of the UAP disclosure noise coming out of Congress right now. Could be nothing. Could be they're moving something or running tests they don't want eyes on while everyone's distracted by the hearings.
Anyone got the exact coordinates of the restricted zone? Would be good to cross reference with historical sighting reports in that area.
