Anyone else notice poltergeist activity tends to spike during family arguments?

Yeah I've noticed this pattern more than once and it does make you think. Spent a few nights at a supposedly active farmhouse in Somerset a couple years back and the two investigators who kept bickering about methodology - every single time they kicked off, something would happen. Knocking, a door swinging, objects shifting. Could be coincidence but it happened too consistently to just dismiss.

My working theory, and I know plenty of people here will roll their eyes, is that it's got nothing to do with the argument itself and everything to do with the emotional energy spike. Whatever is drawing on environmental conditions to manifest, it seems to prefer high-tension atmospheres. Whether thats a conscious thing on the entity's part or just some kind of opportunistic response to available energy, I genuinely don't know.

Curious whether others have documented this properly with timestamps or just noticed it anecdotally. Because anecdotal observations are fine but they're almost impossible to do anything useful with. Anyone actually tried to correlate it systematically?
