Honestly yes and I thought I was losing my mind for the longest time. Every big storm we get out here in Nevada the stuff in my kitchen starts going sideways - cupboard doors, things shifting on the counter, the usual nonsense. My mate reckons its just the pressure changes making the house "settle" which, sure mate, very convincing explanation for why my torch flew off the worktop.

I've been reading a bit about electromagnetic fields and how storms mess with them and apparently some researchers think poltergeists basically feed off that kind of energy? No idea if thats actually legit or just something people made up on the internet but it tracks with what I've been seeing. Would be good to know if others are noticing the same pattern or if I'm just a grumpy bloke who blames ghosts for everything. Wouldn't be the first time.
