Yeah this is something I've been thinking about for ages. Had a proper wild night back in 2019 during that big storm that hammered most of northern England - objects moving, doors going, the whole lot. My mate who does EMF readings was with me and his kit was going absolutely mental.
My theory is it's something to do with the electromagnetic conditions. Storms generate massive EM fluctuations and if entities need some kind of energy source to manifest or interact with physical stuff, a thunderstorm basically hands it to them on a plate.
I've also read some stuff suggesting infrasound from storms can cause people to feel uneasy or even hallucinate, so theres always that sceptical angle too. But the physical stuff I witnessed that night wasn't in my head, something knocked a full mug of tea clean off my kitchen counter with nobody near it.
Curious whether anyone's actually tried to document this properly, like running equipment during storms specifically to capture whatever's happening. Feels like thered be a pattern if you tracked it long enough.
