Right so I've been down this rabbit hole for about three years now and honestly the timing does look suspicious when you lay it all out on a spreadsheet, which I actually did one boring Sunday in Leeds. The 2019 UK blackout happened like 48 hours before that major Brexit vote update, nobody's talking about that. Whether it's deliberate or just confirmation bias kicking in is the real question though innit. My mate thinks I'm crackers but then again he also thought crop circles were just bored farmers so his track record isn't great. Anyone got a decent compiled list of the blackout dates vs announcements? Would save me rebuilding my spreadsheet after my laptop died last month - which, now I think about it, happened the day before a council election. Coincidence? Probably. Maybe. Who knows.
Anyone else notice how every major blackout in the last decade happened right before a big political announcement?
