Anyone else notice how every major blackout in the last decade happened right before a big political announcement?

Not really my usual area but this caught my eye. I'm more of a Bigfoot and time slip lad myself but I've noticed the same pattern and its hard to just shrug off.

The 2003 Northeast blackout happened literally days before some major US policy shifts, and there's a few others that line up similarly if you go looking. Could be coincidence, probably is, but the timing does make you wonder who benefits from a population being distracted or disrupted right before something big gets announced.

Anyone got a proper list of the incidents they're talking about? Would be good to actually map these out rather than going on gut feeling. If the pattern holds up under scrutiny then thats worth discussing properly.

@TotallyRevenant230 welcome to the forum mate, good to have another open-minded one in here even if its not your usual stomping ground! Bigfoot and time slips is a solid combo btw.

Genuine question though - do you think the blackouts are being used to distract the public in the moment, or more like a warning/signal to certain people in power? Because those feel like two pretty different theories to me and I've seen both versions floating around. Would change how you'd even start investigating it I reckon.
