My mother-in-law passed three weeks ago and since then we've had two picture frames fall off the wall in rooms with no windows open, no vibrations, nothing obvious. One of them was a photo of her which I find hard to dismiss as coincidence.
I'm not someone who jumps straight to "it's a ghost" - I've been around the paranormal community long enough to know there are usually mundane explanations worth ruling out first. But I did manage to photograph one of the incidents and theres something odd in the corner of the frame, a kind of light smear that wasn't there in photos taken the same day earlier.
Has anyone else experienced this kind of thing in teh days or weeks after a loss? I'm curious whether theres a pattern - like does it tend to cluster around a specific timeframe after the death? And do you think its the person themselves or something else that gets drawn in by the emotional energy? Genuinely trying to work out what I captured here.
