Had something happen a few years back that I still can't fully explain. Me and my ex were having a proper blazing row in the kitchen and a mug - a ceramic one that had been sat on the counter for weeks with no issues - just slid about six inches across the surface. No vibration, no draught, nothing. We both saw it and just stopped dead.
What gets me from an EVP perspective is that high emotional states are often theorised to generate some kind of energy that influences the environment. Whether thats psychokinesis, some kind of field effect, or something external being attracted to the emotional charge, I genuinely dont know.
I've read a fair bit on recurrent spontaneous psychokinesis (RSPK) and a lot of cases cluster around adolescents or periods of extreme stress. Would be really interested to know if anyone here has had similar and whether there were other phenomena around the same time - sounds, temperature drops, electronics playing up. Because in my experience these things rarely happen in isolation.
