Never been to that particular spot but the "being watched" feeling near old industrial sites is basically the paranormal's way of charging admission.
Genuinely curious though - is it more of a creepy tingle at the back of the neck or full on "someone is standing right behind me" kind of feeling? Because those two things tell very different stories in my experience. I used to take my geography students on local history walks and there was an old mill near us in Texas that gave off the same vibe, nobody ever wanted to linger near the east side of the building and we never figured out why.
Would love to hear if anyone has actually documented anything out there, photos, EVP recordings, whatever you've got. The more detail the better - these location-specific threads are some of the best ones on here.
