Anyone else catch that triangular craft over Lake Erie last Thursday night?

I didn't catch the Lake Erie one but something similar happened to me about three weeks back here in the Pacific Northwest. Big silent triangle, no sound at all, just this slow drift across the sky. What I'm trying to figure out is whether anyone got readings on thier equipment at the same time as the sighting. I had my spirit box running inside and the interference pattern changed completely the moment it passed over, which I've never had happen before with conventional aircraft. Did you notice any electronics acting strange, phones going weird, that sort of thing? Also curious about the colour of the lights - mine had a pale amber at each point with nothing in the centre, and I've seen a few reports now that match that description pretty closely. Just wondering if we're looking at the same type of craft showing up in different regions around the same time.
