Never been to Remington specifically but the "followed me home" phenomenon after visiting a charged location is something I've looked into quite a bit. There's a decent body of accounts from people who visit places with a high history of trauma and suffering and then start noticing peripheral movement, shadow figures, or that classic feeling of being watched in rooms that previously felt completely neutral.
The question I'd ask is whether you noticed anything at the site itself before you left, or did it only start once you were back in your own space. That distinction actually matters when you're trying to work out what you're dealing with. An attachment that latches on-site is a different category to something that was already dormant in you and just got activated by the visit.
Also worth logging everything with timestamps if you haven't already. Patterns matter more than individual incidents and most people dont bother keeping records until its already got quite intense, which is the worst possible time to start.
