Never been to Briarwood specifically but that east wing thing is really interesting to me because nearly every sanitarium investigation I've read about follows the same pattern - the east-facing sections always seem to generate the most activity. Something to do with geomagnetic fields apparently, though I'm still getting my head around that theory.
What exactly felt off though? Like a pressure change, temperature drop, or more of a psychological thing where your brain is just screaming at you to leave? I did an investigation at an old hospital in Yorkshire last year and there was one corridor where every single person in our group independently reported feeling watched from behind. No EVP to back it up unfortunately, my recorder picked up basically nothing useful.
Really want to hear more detail if you've got it. Did you have any equipment with you or was this just a visit? And did anyone else in your group feel it or was it just you?
