Anyone else been to the old Briar Hill sanatorium in Ohio? Something felt really off in the east wing

Never been to Briar Hill specifically but east wings in old sanatoriums are basically just shadow people factories, its like they all read the same haunted handbook. What did you actually feel - cold spots, that watched feeling, or something more specific? Because there's a difference between a building that's just old and creepy and one that's genuinely active and I'd love to know which category this falls into. Going to add it to my list either way, I've been hunting in Edinburgh for years and honestly sometimes you need to cross the Atlantic to find something that'll properly rattle you.
