Had this happen twice now during EVP sessions in my flat and both times the radio in the kitchen started buzzing like mad before anything showed up on the recorder. My mate thinks its just old wiring but honestly the timing is too on the nose to ignore.
Curious whether anyone thinks the static is the entity actually drawing on electromagnetic energy to manifest, or is it just a byproduct of whatever dimensional shift is happening when they cross over. I lean toward the EM drain theory myself but I'm open to being corrected by someone who actually knows what they're on about.
Either way I'm half tempted to just leave the radio on permanently and use it as an early warning system, like a ghost doorbell basically.
