Never really been my main area but I've been messing about with EVP a bit lately, partly because a mate of mine who does a lot of ghost hunting has been banging on about it for months.
What I will say is I've had two recordings now where the response seems genuinely contextual to what was asked. Not just random words you can vaguely fit to the situation afterwards, which is what most EVP sounds like to me honestly. These felt different. First one I asked "is anyone here with us tonight" and got back what sounds very clearly like "yes, two". Second one was even more specific but I don't want to post the audio yet until I've had more people listen blind without telling them what was said.
I approach this stuff from a Bigfoot/cryptid background so I'm fairly hardnosed about evidence. The confirmation bias problem with EVP is massive and I'm not ready to say this is definitive. But I'm curious whether others are getting responses that actually track logically with teh questions rather than just seeming spooky in isolation.
